Implemented Quality of Service using Netfilters and Hierarchical Token Buffers (HTB) to provide a consistent user reponse and give VOIP packets a higher priority for their different upstreams. This WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) has two upstream feeds which run at different rates. The primary feed is 10x faster than the secondary. Blueoak engineered and implemented an ISP High-Availability program which allows the WISP to failover to its backup ISP when its primary connection goes down. Upon revival of the primary connection, the WISP failsback automatically. The solution is 100% transparent to the WISP subscribers, they only detect less throughput. When failover/failback occurs, the respective QoS profile is used to ensure even responsiveness.	Wakenet
